An outbreak of COVID-19 in a prison could be devastating to the population there, especially an overcrowded prison where general health is already low. Elena Leclerc, the health in detention programme coordinator for the International Committee of the Red Cross, talks about the issues she's watching out for in the more than 50 countries where the ICRC has assistance and monitoring projects in detention facilities.
