An online news story discussing the challenges in dealing with dengue fever outbreaks in Paraguary, whilst in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Paraguay has the third highest incidence of dengue fever in the region and this is the third year in a row where there has been an intense outbreak of the disease. In 2020, the country has had the highest number of cases in its history (over 220,000 cases) and 73 people have died.
